Hourly Club
The Hourly Club is a group of Harrisburg Area YMCA staff who donate at least one hour of pay per pay period to the YMCA Impact Fund. Hourly Club members will receive exclusive swag as a thank-you for their generosity and commitment that can be worn as a uniform piece.
How to Calculate Your Hourly Club Gift
- If you’re an hourly employee, use your regular hourly wage.
- If you’re a salaried employee, divide your annualsalary by 24 pay periods, then divide that number by 80 hours.
Example:
- $42,000 / 24 pay periods = $1,750
- $1,750 / 80 hours = $21.88 per hour
Your Hourly Club Pledge is $21.88 per pay period.
