Camp Counselor
POSITION SUMMARY:
(Seasonal Position)
We’re looking for Camp Counselors to help us run our 2026 Summer Day Camp programming.
HOURS: Monday through Friday, up to 8 hours per day, from June 15 to August 14, 2026.
SALARY: $15/hour – FREE Adult Membership to the Harrisburg Area YMCA included.
REQUIREMENTS: Qualifications for child care staff include three employment verifications from three separate references that total 2,500 hours of experience working with children and state police, child abuse, FBI, and NSOR (National Sex Offender Registry) clearances. Staff must be at least 18 years old. High school diploma/GED is required by Spring 2026.
