Mikhaila Adams

Now accepting clients at: East Shore
My name is Mikhaila Adams and I have been employed in the fitness industry since 2018, when I got certified to teach Zumba®. I have a passion for showing people that fitness can and SHOULD BE enjoyable, as well as being a part of their life long-term. This passion started when I was five years old when I began taking martial arts lessons. MANY years later and I am currently a second degree black belt in Tang Soo Do, the same dojo where I have been an assistant instructor since I was twelve years old. I love the contagious energy of the group fitness setting, and want to spread that energy to as many as I can! Currently, I am certified to teach cycling, aqua aerobics, Zumba®, Group Fight®, and working on more! In 2023 I became a certified personal trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine because I have found great joy in helping people in a one-on-one setting. My ideal client is anyone ready to make a long term change with an open mind. I have experience training a wide variety of ages and fitness levels on land or in the water! There is nothing more rewarding than seeing someone step out of their comfort zone to achieve greatness, bonus points if there is a smile involved! Let’s get moving together!
