Spin® class offers a low-impact substitute to running on a treadmill that anyone looking to strengthen their legs can participate in! The Harrisburg Area YMCA’s Spinning® classes will help burn calories and relieve stress. Stationary bicycling is an excellent way to strengthen your heart and cardiovascular fitness while taking it easy on your joints. Not to mention it’s a workout that’s all your own!

This program is the global leader in indoor cycling training, education, and equipment. This program and patented Spinner® bikes manufactured by Star Trac® uniquely tailor the class to suit a wide range of abilities and fitness goals. They deliver a personalized workout, awesome calorie burn, and personal challenge—all at a self-directed pace.

Our class is open to all fitness levels so that anyone can reach their fitness goals! The instructor will take you for an imaginary ride where you control the intensity. First-timers and highly trained athletes can get great workouts in the same class. The only requirement is to bring a water bottle to stay hydrated! This class is offered at a variety of times throughout the week. Find out when you can join us!
