With smaller class sizes, you’ll receive more individualized attention than in a traditional group fitness class, while still enjoying the energy, camaraderie, and fun of training with others who share your goals.
Each Small Group Training session is designed to help you build strength, improve mobility, boost endurance, and develop healthy habits that last. Our programs utilize a wide range of equipment and formats, from functional training and yoga clinics to strength circuits and low-impact conditioning. All of our small group classes are led by a Personal Trainer. These classes are available for beginners and advanced men, women, and seniors! Classes meet monthly either once or twice per week for 30-60 minutes.
