R.I.P.P.E.D.™ Fitness Classes

Get ripped with the YMCA’s R.I.P.P.E.D.™ class! This total body, high-intensity program utilizes free weights, resistance bands, and body weight to strengthen your core and other major muscles.

R.I.P.P.E.D. ™ also combines the individual components that give the program its name: Resistance, Intervals, Power, Plyometrics, Endurance and Diet. This program stimulates different energy systems and muscles in each workout segment. These stimulants change the focus every six to nine minutes to keep you on your toes.

The One Stop Body Shock™ is a “Plateau Proof Fitness Formula” that helps you to create continuity, consistency, and challenge in each and every R.I.P.P.E.D.™ class.  It is Plateau Proof because each component of the workout provides a uniquely different emphasis or system response. This way, your body will never accustom to the constantly changing format. Thus, regular R.I.P.P.E.D.™ participants achieve undeniable, ultimate results in minimal time.

Not to mention, hundreds of calories will burn off throughout the course of the class, helping to eliminate fat and increase muscle mass! This fitness class will challenge you and help improve your endurance. No matter your ability, this class is for individuals of all fitness levels.
