House Party Fitness Classes
The Harrisburg Area YMCA offers a house party fitness class that features the hottest music. From hip-hop to house, top 40 to R&B, or electronic to reggaeton, this class has it all.
With these fitness classes, you’ll work on strengthening major muscle groups using resistance training. While rocking out to some great music, you’ll work your arm, core, and lower body muscles. The class also incorporates muscle confusion exercises to keep your body guessing and working hard to exercise in new and exciting ways.
Participants will burn hundreds of calories throughout the class, helping them to feel great and have fun. At our house party fitness classes, it’s not about how you look when you’re dancing, it’s about how you feel afterwards! If you’re uncomfortable with the idea of dancing, don’t stress. Our Harrisburg Area YMCA Fitness Staff members will help to provide modifications so that you can feel comfortable, confident, and excited about the class.
