Mentor and be mentored! The Camp Curtin YMCA’s Youth Leadership Academy is designed to fully engage youth in studies and activities which foster leadership. This summer-long program focuses on Life Skills, core academic studies, a community project, and more. From public speaking to collective works – students will learn about themselves and make a difference for someone else. This program provides educational trips, cultural experiences, themed book reading, a college visit, and more!
This NEW program is geared toward students entering 7th, 8th, and 9th grade in the 2019-2020 school year. The session will run from June 10, 2019, through August 9, 2019, and costs $300 for the entire summer. The selected students will be working hands-on with our STEM Summer Camp students.
