Interested in becoming a TRX® Coach? Learn to use the TRX® Coaching System to apply foundational movement-based training techniques. With the TRX® Suspension Trainer, you can get any member, at any level, to reach their goals!

Skills developed:

  • Learn the fundamentals of TRX® Suspension Training in this introductory 8-hour course
  • Foundational Movement Standards – what should be stable versus mobile
  • Cueing techniques for engaging clients
