Move-A-Thon is open to the community ages 15 and over. The morning includes three fitness events, a raffle table, grand prize, and delicious food sold by Smoking Aces BBQ Food Truck! $30.00 registration guarantees your spot at the Dance/Zumba fest – since spots are limited for the MUSCLE-fest and ZEN-fest, we are asking folks to register for those events separately (at no additional cost) to secure their space.
Grand Prize: BoostIQ RoboVac and Apple AirPods
All proceeds benefit the West Shore YMCA Annual Campaign, Project ALS, and the YMCA Ukraine Humanitarian Relief Fund.
DANCE-fest
- 9:00 AM-12:00 PM
- THE MAIN EVENT: Dance your socks off with your favorite instructors and break a sweat for a good cause! General admission guarantees your spot.
MUSCLE-fest
- 9:00-11:15 AM
- PUMP IT UP: BODYPUMP™ (9-10 AM) and Muscle Works (10:15-11:15 AM). Additional registration is required to secure your spot.
ZEN-fest
- 10:15-11:45 AM
- TAKE A LOAD OFF: Wind down and relax with yoga, mindfulness, and total zen. Additional registration is required to secure your spot.
