DESCRIPTION:\nWe’re all in when it comes to celebrating wellness and healthy living! 🙌\n\n\n\nJoin us at the Friendship YMCA on Wednesday, May 27 from 9:00am-12:00pm as we host a variety of vendors and activities in celebration of National Senior Health and Fitness Day!\n\n\n\nThere won’t be a shortage of things to do or people to see. Play in our pickleball tournament, take a sample workout classes, or stop by just to socialize. 😊 We encourage you to come and explore all the event has to offer! There will also be a pelvic floor workshop from 11:00am-12:00pm provided by Madden & Gilbert Physical Therapy.\n\n\n\nFitness Classes:\n\n\n\n\nSilver Sneakers 9:00-10:00am in the Senior Center\n\n\n\nPilates 10:30-11:30am in the Multipurpose Room\n\n\n\nChair Yoga 12:45-1:45pm in the Fitness Studio\n\n\n\nBalance and Mobility 2:00-3:00pm in the Fitness Studio\n\n\n\n\nTo register for the Senior Day Health & Fitness Day Pickleball Tournament, click here.
