Vinyasa Beginner

This Vinyasa flow class is appropriate for students who are new to yoga. The class is designed to give detailed instruction and explanation of poses, and to be less physically challenging than the regular Vinyasa class. This allows you to gain strength and flexibility at your own pace with safety and alignment as the main focus.

Vinyasa is designed to improve the health, performance, and mental acuity of athletes or individuals interested in improving their level of fitness. Performed at a faster pace than Hatha, the focus is on the flow between postures, and blends balance, strength, flexibility and power in a fitness format. Not ideal for those new to yoga.

Yogalates combines the Yoga-Power poses and Pilates techniques to increase flexibility and core strength. Lengthening and strengthening muscles is the goal of this program.
