HIIT It – Adult Circuit Training

The West Shore YMCA is kicking off a new High-Intensity Interval Training, small group fitness program – HIIT It!

HIIT It focuses on circuit training to help adults reach their health and wellness goals in a small group fitness environment. Circuit Training allows you to move to various exercise stations quickly to work on a variety of different muscle groups. These sequenced workouts allow very little rest between sets, allowing your body to work to its maximum ability. Targeted areas include core, back, arms, legs, and glute muscles while improving flexibility, muscular strength, and cardiovascular strength.

The new HIIT It class is taught by a certified personal trainer and meets twice per week for 305 minutes. All classes are held in the new Functional Training Center at the West Shore YMCA. Registration for this course includes a month’s worth of classes.

February 2-27, 2018
March 2-27, 2018

Classes are held Tuesdays and Fridays from 11:15 am to 11:45 am.

 Fees

  • Facility Members  – $40
  • Program Members  – $55

To register, visit the Welcome Center in the lobby at the West Shore YMCA. Class size is limited to 6 participants.
