Cardio Funk Classes
Jump into the groove at the West Shore YMCA with our cardio funk dance classes! These fitness classes are a fun, high energy, aerobic fusion of funky dance moves.
While dancing to our upbeat, hip hop dance music, you’ll be strengthening and toning your core, lower body and upper body at the same time. Classes are enjoyable for all fitness levels and allow you to burn calories while increasing endurance, strength and stability. You’ll walk away having finished a highly effective cardio workout!
Cardio Funk classes will help bring out the dancer in you. Through a variety of interesting and dynamic dance moves, you can stay active and fit at the Y. No previous dancing experience is required! If you love to incorporate dancing into your workout, then our cardio funk classes are right for you.
