POUND® Fitness Classes

Instead of listening to music, you become the music in this exhilarating full-body workout that combines cardio, conditioning, and strength training with yoga and pilates-inspired movements. During the class, participants utilize the Ripstix® to drum out to the music helping to burn calories, stretch muscles, and increase cardio. The workout strategically distracts you from the high intensity exercises by connecting you with the rhythm and beat of the music being played. You will walk away energized and renewed after this fun, rhythmic class!
